Questions

Before you visit

Do I need an appointment?

No, you can walk in during opening hours. However if you want a full counselling session with a country specialist, calling ahead means we can make sure the right person is free when you arrive.

What does the first consultation cost?

Come in and ask. We will tell you the amount before we start, and it carries no obligation either way. Service fees only apply once you decide to proceed with an application, and they are stated in writing first.

Can you help students outside Dhaka?

Yes. We counsel by phone, WhatsApp and video call, and our Customized and One to One IELTS courses run online. Some steps such as biometrics and the TB test require travel, and we plan those with you in advance.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Academic transcripts and certificates, your passport if you have one, any previous IELTS score report, and a realistic sense of the budget available to you. The more accurate that last point is, the more useful our advice will be.
