A clear, credible explanation of the purpose of travel, the dates, where you are staying and who is paying. Vague itineraries invite scrutiny.
Bank statements presented so the officer can see a consistent history rather than a sudden deposit, plus a sponsor affidavit where relevant.
Employment letters, business documents, property papers, family responsibilities. This is the single most common weakness in refused files.
Booking the slot, preparing you for the visa centre visit, and making sure nothing is missing on the day.

Every date, name, figure and address cross-checked across the whole file. Inconsistencies read as carelessness, or worse.
The decision belongs entirely to the embassy. Anyone guaranteeing a visa is either lying or planning to submit something false on your behalf.
Fake bank statements or employment letters lead to a refusal, a long-term ban and a permanent record. No trip is worth that.
Embassy fees, visa centre charges and service fees should all be stated separately and in writing before you pay anything.
Weak evidence that you will return to Bangladesh. Officers assess whether you have meaningful reasons to come back: stable employment, a business, property, family responsibilities, ongoing study. A strong bank balance alone does not answer that question, and applicants who submit only financial documents are refused regularly.
It depends on the destination and the length of your trip, but the amount matters less than the pattern. A balance that appeared suddenly two weeks before applying raises more questions than a smaller balance with six months of consistent transactions behind it. Consistency is the point.
No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs entirely to the embassy or consulate. What we can do is make sure your file is complete, consistent and answers the questions the officer is actually going to ask, which is what most refused applications fail to do.
Schengen applications generally take around fifteen calendar days but can take longer in peak season. The UK standard service is around three weeks. USA appointment waits vary considerably. Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Dubai are usually faster. Apply well before your intended travel date rather than close to it.
Yes, but not with the same file. A repeat application that does not address the specific reason for the earlier refusal is very likely to be refused again, and the second refusal makes the third harder. Bring your refusal notice to us and we will work out what actually needs to change.
We handle tourist and visit visas, and student visas as part of our study abroad service. We do not process work permits or permanent immigration applications, and we will say so rather than take a fee for something outside our expertise.
