Studying in United States of America: common questions
Is the US visa interview difficult?
The interview is short, usually under five minutes, and focuses on three things: why this university, how you are funding it, and what you plan to do after graduation. Preparation matters enormously. We run mock visa interviews as part of our US application service.
Do I need GRE or GMAT?
A growing number of universities have made GRE and GMAT optional or waived them entirely, particularly for applicants with a strong academic record. We identify test-optional universities that match your profile.
Can I get a scholarship in the USA?
Yes. Merit scholarships, graduate assistantships and tuition waivers are widely available, but competition is real. A strong CGPA, good test scores and a well-written statement of purpose make the difference.
How early should I start my US application?
Nine to twelve months before your intended intake. Fall applicants should begin the previous November or December, because funding decisions are made early.
