These terms govern the services provided by FRS Global Network Ltd.. By engaging our services you agree to them. Please read them carefully, particularly the sections on decisions outside our control.

1. Our services

We provide IELTS preparation courses, IELTS test registration as a British Council authorized partner centre, mock tests, English language courses, study abroad counselling and application support, visa application assistance, and travel booking services.

2. Decisions outside our control

This is the most important section of these terms.

• We do not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made solely by the university or institution.
• We do not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, high commission or immigration authority.
• We do not guarantee IELTS band scores. Your result is determined by the British Council examiners and by your own performance on test day.
• We do not guarantee scholarship awards. Scholarship decisions rest with the awarding body.

Our responsibility is to prepare, advise and submit your application to a professional standard. It is not, and cannot be, to control the outcome.

3. Fees and payment

• Initial consultation and profile assessment are provided free of charge.
• Course fees, service fees and processing charges are stated in writing before you commit, and no additional charges are introduced later.
• IELTS test registration is charged at the official British Council fee with no markup.
• Third-party costs such as university application fees, embassy fees, visa centre charges, medical examinations and courier charges are payable by you and are separate from our fees.
• Fees are payable according to the schedule agreed at the time of enrolment or engagement.

4. Refunds

• Service fees for work already completed are non-refundable. This includes application preparation, document work and submissions already made.
• Third-party fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable once paid to the third party.
• Course fee refunds, where available, are governed by the enrolment agreement you sign at the time of joining.
• IELTS test fee refunds and transfers are governed entirely by British Council policy, not by us.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents.
• Meet the deadlines we give you for documents, payments and appointments.
• Attend classes, appointments and test dates as scheduled.
• Inform us promptly of any change to your circumstances, contact details or passport.

6. Fraudulent documents

We will not submit false, forged or misleading documents under any circumstances. If we discover that a document you have provided is not genuine, we will terminate our engagement immediately, retain fees for work already done, and report the matter where we are legally required to do so. Submitting fraudulent documents can result in a long-term visa ban and a permanent immigration record.

7. Course enrolment

• Places are confirmed only on payment of the agreed fee or deposit.
• Batch schedules may be adjusted where necessary, and you will be given as much notice as possible.
• Course materials provided to you are for your personal use and may not be reproduced or distributed.
• Free re-sit offers, where applicable, require the attendance and assignment completion conditions stated at enrolment.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and course materials, is the property of FRS Global Network Ltd. and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the specific service concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed intakes, lost income or travel costs, arising from decisions made by universities, embassies, airlines or examination bodies.

10. Termination

Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable. We may terminate immediately in cases of fraudulent documentation, abusive conduct toward our staff, or persistent non-payment.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
