Writing Intensive

Speaking Intensive

Week 6
Mock & Final Polish

Questions about the IELTS Executive Course
Can I do IELTS classes after office hours in Dhaka?
Yes. The Executive Course runs an evening batch from 7 to 9 PM and a Friday and Saturday batch, so nothing falls inside normal working hours. Batches are held to eight to ten students, which means more speaking time per person than a large daytime class. Tell us your working pattern and we will place you in the batch that fits.
Why does the Executive Course have only 18 classes?
It is compressed on purpose. Six weeks and 18 classes assume you already have some IELTS exposure and can put in self-study between sessions, and class time is weighted towards Writing and Speaking, where working candidates usually lose their marks. If you are completely new to the test, the Regular Course is the honest recommendation.
I am a doctor applying for registration abroad, does this course suit me?
It was built for exactly that: doctors, nurses, engineers and bankers preparing for UK, Canada or Australia registration. Vocabulary work is profession-specific and the target range is band 6.5 to 7.5. Check the exact band and test type your registration body asks for before you enrol, because those requirements differ by country and they change.
What happens if duty or travel makes me miss a class?
There is a make-up class facility for missed sessions, which is one reason the batch is kept small enough to arrange one. Let the office know in advance where you can. Week one starts with a diagnostic mock and a personalised route to your target band, so we can also re-plan the remaining weeks if you lose more than one session.
Can I get my writing checked between classes without coming to the centre?
Yes. Writing task submissions are unlimited by email across the six weeks and come back marked against the official band descriptors. Weeks three and four are a writing intensive built around daily submissions. For most working candidates this is the part of the programme that actually moves the band.
