Academic transcripts and certificates from SSC onwards, a valid passport, bank statements covering at least the last six months, and employment or business documents if you or your sponsor are working. Delays in this process are almost always document delays, so starting early is the single most useful thing you can do.

In most of our destinations yes, typically twenty hours a week during term and full time in vacations, though the exact allowance is set by the visa rules of each country. Treat it as help with living costs, never as a way to fund tuition. Visa officers refuse applications that appear to rely on future part-time earnings.

It depends on the country and the level of study. Dependant visas are generally available for postgraduate research degrees and some masters programmes, and much harder for undergraduate or diploma routes. Each dependant also adds to the funds you must document, so we work this out before you choose a destination.

No, but it has to be explained. Most countries accept gaps of several years provided you can show what you were doing, whether that is work, a family business, an illness or exam retakes. An unexplained gap is what causes refusals, not the gap itself.

A sponsor is the person funding your studies, usually a parent, sibling or spouse. What matters is not the relationship but the paper trail: a documented income, a bank history that matches that income, and a clear explanation of how the money was earned. Sudden large deposits are the single most common cause of financial refusals.

Fees already spent on work completed, such as an application submitted or a visa file prepared, are not refundable. Anything not yet started is. We put the whole fee structure in writing before you commit so there is nothing to argue about later.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Bring whatever you have, including refusal letters and previous applications, and we will tell you honestly what was done badly and whether it can be recovered. Sometimes it cannot, and we say so.
